The chairman of the joint list, Ayman Odeh, was questioned by the police today (Tuesday), after in October he pushed MK Itamar Ben Gvir near the room of Hamas terrorist Makdad al-Qawasmeh, who was hospitalized at Kaplan Hospital following a hunger strike.
The Israel Police stated that "the findings of the investigation will be forwarded for review and the decision of the professional bodies accordingly."

After the violence, MK Odeh wrote: "When the prisoner's mother, Qadd al-Qawasma, is sitting by her son's bed that has been on hunger strike for three days, asking me to prevent Ben Gvir from provoking her son, it is my human duty to fight this covert terrorist, who endangered Kadad's life." Odeh added: "Not I should be questioned, but Ben Gvir who came on purpose to threaten human life."
