The panel of judges of the Tel Aviv District Court, headed by Justice Raanan Ben Yosef, sentenced this morning (Tuesday) 11.5 years in prison and 20,000 shekels in compensation to Kobi Musa for the criminal Avner Harari who was convicted in the cargo case, in the attempt to murder footballer Kobi Musa and won Modest.

Avishai Ben-David was sentenced to 15 years in prison and NIS 40,000 in compensation after he was convicted of laying charges on Margalit Tsanani, businessman Meir Shamir and former footballer Kobi Musa.

Avner Harari was furious after the sentence and said: "Because my name is Avner Harari this is the sentence, there was no justice here and it is on the conscience of the court. I am innocent, there is no evidence, not even circumstantial. This is a third world country, this is insolence, shame "And a disgrace, my truth will be published. I will appeal to the Supreme and I will win over your nose and your wrath."

About five years ago, the indictment was filed against the two, in which it was alleged that Harari and Ben-David tried to murder Musa and were involved in charging a charge to Tsanani.

Ben-David was attributed to burying a baggage for businessman Meir Shamir.

It was alleged that the two used to meet at Harari's vegetable store in Herzliya, where they manufactured, prepared and assembled explosive devices that they intended to use to order and for a fee.

One of the charges, as stated, caused damage to the car of singer Margalit Tsanani.

In addition, the two are accused of involvement in placing a charge on footballer Kobi Musa in February 2017. It is alleged that the two conspired to eliminate him, although the motive is unclear.

A charge was placed in his vehicle, and while preparing to operate it, a cousin was apprehended at the scene by police.

In the verdict, the judges ruled that unequivocal evidence had been accumulated against Ben-David, partly due to the similarity between the operating systems and the application of the charge-laying and also a match was found between the findings in the field and his DNA.

As for Harari's acquittal in placing the charge in Margol's vehicle, the judges noted: "There is no doubt that the judicial gut feeling conveys heavy suspicion towards Harari - the question is whether the prosecution presented enough evidence? ... but the prosecution did not present a single phone call the two dealt with."

As you may recall, the two denied throughout the trial what was attributed to them.

Harari even testified that he and Tsanani were on good terms and had no reason to harm a 70-year-old woman. In his sentencing arguments, Harari said: "I was accused of attempted murder when no one knew what the perpetrator meant."

He further claimed: "Kobi Musa testified here and said that he does not know us at all. In every language of request, I address you as parents. I have two granddaughters and one more granddaughter on the way, I want to be with the family, I do not know the person, I have never met "I only heard his name on the day of the interrogation."

Ben-David said at the hearing: "I just want to say one thing, Your Honor, I just want to go home, for things I did I apologize, for what I did not have anything to ask for, attempted murder there is no and I had no such intention at all."
