She had disappeared on January 17, in one of those runaways that she has been used to for about two years, as Marine, her mother, testifies to BFMTV, which revealed the operation.
“
With his father, we decided to come this Monday.
The patrols launched the information to look for
it” on the camp, she says.
The latter, heir to the "
crack hill
", has been located near Place Auguste-Baron for several months now, due to the inaction and contradictions of the public authorities on the subject of crack in Paris.
It brings together several hundred homeless drug addicts.
“
We were lucky, Endy had just come out of the tent where she was living.
She was arrested
“, then taken care of, depicts her mother, relieved.

“
She had social media very early.
From the age of 11 she had a cell phone.
But it was above all the entrance to college that disturbed her.
She told us: I will become a delinquent
,” she recalls.
She underlines her daughter's powerlessness in the face of her own addictions: “
To be against this violence, to realize that it is not possible.
But go back

The mother remembers her daughter's other runaways, in particular that of last September.
The teenager was found in serious condition.
“
Within three days, she was dead.
She had lost 20 kg, she was full of pus
”, describes the mother, who “
asks the question: is there not a psychiatric disorder?
".
After his miraculous release from the camp for Parisian drug addicts, Endy will join a specialized structure in Saint-Brieuc.
She is accompanied by an association and doctors.
The problem of drug addiction, even more so when it concerns adolescents, is nevertheless still poorly known and documented: “
When we talk about it around us, no one realizes what we are going through in the home.
It's the hardest part
“, still believes Marine.
The painful testimony made certain groups of residents of the camp react.
These, particularly reassembled, opposed the story of the teenager to the shooting room projects of the town hall of Paris, supposed to solve the endemic drug addiction problems in the north of the city.
