Japan Airlines announced today that a computer system glitch has delayed domestic and international flights after automatic passenger registration, passport review and online booking processes were disrupted.
And the Japanese Kyodo News Agency quoted the company as saying that "it is not currently possible to complete reservations on the company's website," noting that there may be continued disruptions in flight schedules.
The cause of the electronic glitch was not yet known, as Japan Airlines called on customers to check the latest information on its website.
