If you are a foreigner and you are looking to move to Mexico to work, it is necessary that before traveling to the country you obtain a work permit and, in most cases, you already have a job offer.
To carry out these procedures you can go to any of the consular offices that Mexico has abroad.

According to the Mexican Ministry of Foreign Affairs, to work in Mexico as a foreigner it is necessary to have either of these two permits:
temporary resident visa
This type of visa allows you to work in the country for at least six months and up to four years.
With this permit you can work within the territory and receive a salary that is paid abroad.
In case of having a job offer in Mexico and receiving your salary within the country, the company or individual must obtain an authorization for the issuance of a visa before the National Institute of Migration (INM).
