The Besançon Criminal Court will judge on Friday a Dijon magistrate adept in “
libertine
” relationships, prosecuted for having offered his 12-year-old daughter to Internet users for “
sexual lovemaking
”, without however having taken action.
The trial of Olivier B., 56, was adjourned on January 12 after his lawyer, Me Pauline Neveu, had produced a medical certificate attesting to a "
very precarious state of health on the psychological level, (... ) inconsistent with an appearance
”.

This former magistrate, dismissed last July by the Superior Council of the Judiciary (CSM), is prosecuted for "
provocation not followed by effects
" at the commission of acts of "
corruption of a minor
", "
rape
" and "
sexual assault
” on a minor.
The case started in October 2019 when the user of a swinger dating site reported that a man was proposing that his 12-year-old daughter be associated with sexual intercourse.
The investigation, carried out using cyberinfiltration, led to the questioning of this magistrate with glowing evaluations, exercising as vice-president of the Dijon judicial court where he coordinated the family affairs division.
He admitted the facts, objecting that they were “
fantasies that he would never have realized
”.
He was indicted and placed under judicial supervision in June 2020.

An "
ad hoc administrator
" was appointed to represent the magistrate's daughter and four associations for the protection of children's rights filed civil suits.
His defense had mentioned at the hearing before the CSM a "
trauma
" linked to the Pierre Bodein case, named after the multi-recidivist nicknamed "
Pierrot le fou
", definitively sentenced to life imprisonment for three savage murders and two rapes committed in 2004 He was Advocate General during the trial before the Assize Court.
