The moment in which one of those involved was subdued was captured on video: the other white-skinned minor remained seated. They have described it as a "very worrying" case.

Two New Jersey police officers are facing an investigation after a video was released showing a fight between two young men in which they intervened, submitting the young black man unequally.

The action has been described as racist when it is explicitly seen how both officers perch on the young man and handcuff him in the Bridgewater Commons shopping center, while leaving the other, a white boy of Latino origin, sitting on a sofa.

In the images you can see the young man subjected by the two policemen.

"It's because he's black. For racial reasons,"

says someone on the recording.

"We have to let the investigation unfold. The apparent display of racially disparate treatment is very, very troubling, and it's just another reminder that the progress we've made in law enforcement-community relations whom they serve, shows that our work is not finished and we have to continue with it," said the governor.
