"Children's Rights Now" is the name of the association of the Wolfratshausen corona measures critic Josef Hingerl.

On posters he mobilizes against the vaccination of children - but violates the applicable rules.

Bad Tölz - In and around Bad Tölz, posters point out "10 reasons against corona vaccination of children and young people".

Not only did citizens take offense at this, some local authorities also reacted.

Because the posters contradict local regulations, most of them had to be removed.

In Bad Tölz, the "unauthorized attacks" must be removed

In Bad Tölz, according to town hall spokeswoman Birte Otterbach, the posters were attached in several places in the Flinthöhe area, including on a tree and on a triangular stand, each on private property.

According to the Tölz poster ordinance, these were "unauthorized attacks".

According to the text of the ordinance, this serves to “protect the townscape and landscape and to protect natural, artistic and cultural monuments”.

By the way: Everything from the region is now also available in our regular Bad Tölz newsletter.

For this reason, posters may only be attached to billboards approved by the city of Bad Tölz, i.e. advertising and billboards, poster columns and stands as well as display cases - and only with the prior approval of the city of Bad Tölz.

The Office for Security and Order contacted the landowner, who then removed the posters.

Municipality of Greiling clarifies whether the billposting is legal

Another poster hangs at the entrance to Tölz on the B472.

This is located on the corridor of the municipality of Greiling.

The mayor there, Anton Margreiter, has in his own words instructed the administration to clarify whether this is legal.

"We don't have a poster ordinance," he explains.

The topic is usually not that relevant in Greiling.

At the relevant point on the B472, the Lokschuppen exhibition center or the mountain film festival are usually advertised.

"It is good practice and custom that we are asked about this beforehand," says Margreiter.

That was not the case with the vaccination posters.

That's why he was "amazed" to see her.

In Bad Heilbrunn, advertising is only permitted for regional companies

Mayor Thomas Gründl classifies the billposting in Bad Heilbrunn as clearly against the rules.

The municipality has given itself clear rules for billposting here, explains the town hall boss.

Advertising is only permitted for regional companies.

Exceptions could be granted in individual cases, but the municipal council had to decide on this first.

However, since the poster was put up without a corresponding request, the municipality asked the owner of the billboard to remove it.

Hingerl: The association was provided with space by owners

The posters come from the association "Children's Rights Now".

The chairman is the Wolfratshausen lawyer Josef Hingerl, who has repeatedly emerged as a declared opponent of the state corona protection measures.

When asked, he explained that the association had been provided with the poster surfaces by their owners.

"In this respect, we found absolutely nothing under civil law."

These are places where there would otherwise be poster advertising.

"Otherwise nobody was upset about it, and the municipal ordinances obviously didn't play a role," he says.

He suspects that the rules are now being enforced because the posters were politically controversial.

Where they were complained about, they were removed or would be removed again.

"In Bad Heilbrunn, we may apply for approval."
