A 26-year-old died in an accident near Munich.

A fatal accident occurred in the district of Fürstenfeldbruck on Saturday night.
The Autobahn towards Munich was closed until the morning.
Olching - On the night of Saturday (February 19), a fatal accident occurred on the A8 motorway in the direction of Munich.
The accident happened between the Dachau/Fürstenfeldbruck junction and the Munich-Eschenried motorway triangle, the police said.

According to the press release, a 26-year-old from the Landshut area initially drove his car off the road to the right for an unknown reason.
He then threw himself back onto the road, the car overturned and came to rest on its roof across the road.
A 20-year-old driver from Munich collided with the injured man from Landshut.
His car was thrown far across the freeway as a result of the collision.
A 38-year-old driver recognized the car involved in the accident in good time and was able to avoid it so that the two vehicles only touched slightly.
The 38-year-old was unharmed, the 20-year-old suffered minor injuries.
The driver from Landshut was fatally injured and died at the scene of the accident.

The property damage is estimated at around 40,000 euros.
“The autobahn in the direction of Munich had to be completely closed for six hours.
In addition to the highway maintenance department, the Fürstenfeldbruck, Geiselbullach, Olching and Feldgeding fire brigades were also involved in the rescue work.
"The clean-up work lasted until the morning hours," the police said.
The freeway was fully reopened around 6:30 a.m.
