Martina Bönisch (Anna Schudt) dies the "crime scene" death.
And otherwise, "Love me" on ARD was not for the faint of heart.
Our TV review.
If scenes from a children's birthday party have a scary factor, then they are either memories of a stressed mother from a failed celebration or the cinematic harbingers of a really tragic story.
The Dortmunder “Tatort: Liebe mich”, which was first broadcast on ARD on February 20, 2022, tells about the latter.
In addition to the surprising departure of Anna Schudt alias Martina Bönisch from the "Tatort" series, it was about a sad childhood, longings, unfulfilled love - and the sick revenge campaign of a young man, Nils Schmelzer (Henning Flüsloh), who - in old age abandoned by his mother at the age of four - murdered in the most brutal and furious ways by women who resemble her.
"Tatort: Liebe mich" is a plausible and highly exciting thriller
Jürgen Werner (writer) and Torsten C. Fischer (director) tell this drama in Dortmund in a plausible and highly exciting way.
It is remarkable that they still have time for the investigator figures in 90 minutes.
For, yes, the love between Faber (great: Jörg Hartmann) and Bönisch, who are so close (a kiss!) and yet so far.
For the relationship between Bönisch and the disgust from the KTU, Haller (Tilman Strauss), who first makes her life hell and in the end could possibly have prevented her death.
That's how it stays: Bönisch dies.
And seldom was a knockout at the end so deserved among colleagues.
