The repercussions of the industrial secondary prison events continue on civilians in al-Hasakah who were displaced from their neighborhoods and homes surrounding the prison under the pretext that the American occupier and his militia pursued members of the ISIS organization who escaped from prison after the ISIS attack planned by the American forces that have a military base near these neighborhoods and are working to protect them from attacks virtual.

To this day, the American occupation and its militias prevent the return of the people to their neighborhoods and at the same time abandoned its responsibilities in providing any assistance to them, which shows its intention to forcibly push them to search for other places to live, as part of an aggressive policy targeting the demographic reality of the governorate in general.

The first goals that the American occupation wanted from the events of Ghweran prison was the unleashing of more than four thousand terrorists, carefully chosen in the context of its attempts to float this organization, for which the American intelligence appointed new, domesticated leaders to implement what is required of them to accomplish American plans in the region and its regional neighborhood, all the way to Afghanistan, Ukraine and North East Asia...etc.

The escalating attacks by this organization after the events of the aforementioned prison on the Iraqi and Syrian forces and the increase in its terrorist activities are evidence of the process of facilitating the escape of its members from the prison and then transporting them by trucks and buses to the targeted fighting fronts on both sides of the Syrian-Iraqi border in particular.

The goal that the American forces are working to accomplish is to displace the residents of Ghweran neighborhood and its adjacent neighborhoods and to tighten control over them, indifferent to the human suffering of hundreds of thousands of civilians who are waiting to be allowed to restore their normal lives in their neighborhoods and businesses before the movie storming the prison.

The information confirms that the American occupation and its militias looted and stole many homes and sabotaged the infrastructure of the neighborhoods surrounding and adjacent to the prison to make the possibility of life in them non-existent. At the same time, they brought in other families and settled them in some homes, most of whom belong to militia elements that operate under the command of the American forces that run a wide operation From the acts of looting and theft of the internal resources of the Syrian people and selling them on the black markets and to the Turkish regime, and harnessing the money returned to finance ISIS and American intelligence operations in the region and the world.

What the US occupation forces are doing are war crimes in every sense of the word and an open racist policy towards hundreds of thousands of civilians in full view of the world and international humanitarian organizations that remain silent despite the completion of the elements of these crimes in accordance with international law and the Charter of the United Nations.

What the Syrian government and NGOs are doing to provide the elements of resilience for the people who have been displaced from their homes were supposed to be done by the American forces and those who advocate human rights, but unfortunately these parties run by Washington to achieve their interests and aggressive projects around the world have abandoned their humanitarian and legal obligations in such cases at the behest of from the US State Department.

The people’s insistence on returning to their homes in Ghweran and the surrounding neighborhoods requires not only providing the necessities of life for them, but also putting pressure on the American occupation with all available and possible means, especially the popular resistance, to allow them to return. Inhumanity and racism against civilians in the Syrian island.
