The elements of the Artouz police station in the Jdeidet Artouz sub-district in Damascus countryside, in cooperation with the Directorate of Internal Trade and Consumer Protection, seized a warehouse containing more than 34 tons of expired tea.
The Ministry of Interior stated, in a statement that SANA received a copy of today, that the quantity was seized in coordination with the Directorate of Internal Trade and sealed with red wax.
The ministry indicated that the suspect has been arrested and will be brought before the duly competent judiciary.
