With the bus to swim at the Steinsee

By bus from the south of the district to the S-Bahn faster - that should be possible from the end of 2023.

There will be a new tangential bus route from the Höhenkirchen-Siegertsbrunn S-Bahn station in the Munich district via Glonn and Moosach to Kirchseeon.
The line is now being put out to tender and is scheduled to start when the timetable changes in December 2023.
District
- The budget for the new offer should be between 565,000 and 630,000 euros per year.
At the same time, other lines in the area are adjusted.
That became clear in the district committee.
"That's a good result," praised Glonn's mayor and district councilor Josef Oswald (CSU) at the meeting.
The lines are clearer.
With the new offer, the Kastensee and the Steinsee can be reached.
According to Oswald, the new line also serves pupils from the Kirchseeon high school and the middle school network.
Better connection to S-Bahn and U-Bahn
District Councilor Alexander Müller (FDP) emphasized the changed connection of the southern district to Neuperlach-Süd in the district of Munich and thus to the S-Bahn and U-Bahn as positive.
The district office sees a whole range of advantages from the introduction of line 414 and the associated redesign of the line routes.
There is a new offer in public transport between Moosach and Kirchseeon.
The lines have been given a clearer structure through uniform line routes and are therefore easier to use for customers.
This also reduces the barrier to entry for using local public transport.
The share of local public transport in school transport could be increased, which in turn would lead to cost savings.
The subway in Neuperlach will be better connected.
Better offer between Egmating and Zorneding
The service between Egmating and Zorneding via Oberpframmern will also be improved.
In addition, there are cost savings through the weekend service of the MVV regional bus line, since parts of the planned call taxi service are not necessary.
Further points: Neuperlach-Süd can be reached every hour from Glonn and Oberfprammer.
From Höhenkirchen-Siegertsbrunn to Egmating there is a 20-minute cycle, which means the connection to every S-Bahn, says the district office.
The new tangential line with the working title 414 stops at Kastensee, in Glonn, in Schlacht, at Steinsee, in Doblbachstraße and at the sawmill in Moosach, in Falkenberg, in Fürmosen south of Kirchseeon and then at the Kirchseeon high school.
