The case of a married male doctor suspected of distributing nude photos of women and oral sex clips in the adjustment wife group of social platforms continued. The female victim X testified in the Eastern District Court today (22nd), admitting that she had had multiple sexual acts with the male doctor in 2016 , and even used sex toys, but except for one of the sexual acts that she knew was filmed, she did not know that she had been secretly filmed by the other party. She also said that she did not know that the male doctor was married at the time, and she was not dating her current husband Y at that time.
She was panicked and worried after seeing photos and footage of the case on social media.
The defense countered that the two had never had sex, the photos and videos were shared, and that X had shown love to the male doctor, but was rejected.
Had sex with the accused about 10 times in a hotel
The female victim X testified behind the screen. She said that between June and September 2016, she had about 10 sexual acts with the defendant Lou Zijian (34 years old, a doctor), all of which occurred in the store. X was not yet dating her husband Y at that time.
During one of the sex acts with the defendant, she found that the defendant was secretly photographing her with a mobile phone, and she asked the defendant to delete it in front of her.

Video vibrates from sex toys
After seeing the photos and video screenshots involved in the case in court X, she recognized that she and the defendant had sex in a hotel. One of the videos had a vibrating sound, which she explained as the sound of a sex toy.
She also claimed that she did not know she was filmed when she had sex.
In 2020, she learned that someone posted her oral sex and "dew photos" in a telegram group. X said that she was panicked and worried, and she did not know that the defendant had taken so many photos of her.
The defense alleges that X had shown love to the defendant and was rejected
During cross-examination, the defense pointed out that the defendant and X did not have sex, and the photos and videos involved in the case had nothing to do with the defendant.
It is alleged that X had refused to show love to the defendant, and the defendant got married in May 2016.
X denied that, emphasizing that the two had had sex, and said that before she had sex with the defendant, she did not know that the defendant was married, and she learned about it later.
Court orders strict anonymity over identity of victim
Defendant Lou Zijian (34 years old, doctor) was charged with 4 counts of posting obscene articles, alleging that on May 16, 17 and 22, 2020, he posted two women X for oral sex and oral sex on the social media platform Telegram group. Topless photos, and two clips of X bare chest and pussy are also distributed.
The court has issued a strict injunction due to the nature of the case, and no one may publish information that would lead to the identification of the female victim X and the male victim Y, including but not limited to name, address, occupation, social media account name, flower name, location of the crime, and The relationship between the defendant and the victim.
