The head of the Chinese delegation to the Vienna negotiations, Wang Quan, stressed that the time for an agreement has come based on political decisions and provisions, at a time when the Vienna negotiations to revive the nuclear agreement reached a critical and decisive stage.
In an exclusive statement to the correspondent of the Iranian News Agency, Wang Quan said after the end of the 4+1 group meeting that the talks are progressing and moving forward, referring to the short visit of the Iranian Assistant Foreign Minister Ali Bagheri Kani to the Vienna talks, saying: “I think that This is a good indication of progress and I hope more progress will be made when he returns.”
