Hong Kong is in a crisis of life and death

The answer is very simple. In the face of the enemy, it is necessary for everyone to save themselves.

Mainland compatriots cross-border to Hong Kong to help treat patients, reflecting the feeling that bleeding is thicker than water. Everyone is a fellow traveler on the road to fight against the new crown pneumonia, and jointly protect the homeland.

Hong Kong has always been a unique political system with civil society as the mainstay, and even if the Hong Kong government adopts a proactive attitude, there is no conflict between self-help and the system's assistance, but complement each other.

Self-help, so that people in the system can have more time and resources to help those disadvantaged groups and specific groups who cannot help themselves.
