The Magistrate's Court in Hadera today (Wednesday) extended for five days the detention of masseur Eiran Kakon, 45, a father of five from Afula, who was arrested on suspicion that last Wednesday he committed indecent acts on a Pardes Hanna-Karkur resident during a medical massage at Clalit's clinic in Moshava Zichron Yaacov.
"Clalit" suspended Kakon from his job until the matter was clarified.
At the hearing, Sergeant Eviatar Meshulam stated that "the investigation material raises a preliminary suspicion of the same offenses he committed against other customers."

His defense attorney, Adv. Tamir Weizman of the law firm of Zohar Arbel, denied the allegation to Kakon and said that it was a person who received a medical massage, then scheduled another series of medical massages, and after the second treatment she complained about the first and second treatment.
He petitioned for his release.
The vice president, Judge Pnina Argaman, ruled that there was a reasonable basis for suspecting that the suspect had committed the offense attributed to him.
"This is a detailed complaint that at this stage is more than an authentic face and explains in detail the two meetings she had with the suspect, when the first meeting she claimed was normal while in the second meeting he committed an indecent act during the massage," she said. It is reasonable in my opinion. "
