Both spouses moved to the Galilee landscape and moved from Nazareth several years ago.
The husband worked as a food technician, and the wife as a call center.
It is still unclear what preceded the murder.
The police have not received any complaints in the past about incidents of violence between the couple, Arslan has no criminal record and the family is also not known to the welfare services.
Swan was the first Arab woman to be murdered in 2022. In the last seven years, an average of 13 Arab women have been murdered per year.
