The tension does not seem to have subsided in the city of Chemin Vert in Bobigny (Seine-Saint-Denis).
Wednesday at 6.15 p.m., a police patrol arrested three men, 37, rue du Chemin Vert.
Not far from them, a Glock 27 pistol was found.
The gun was loaded.
Among the three individuals was Foussen, 39, the brother of Tiekoura K., 37, shot dead last Friday in the Chemin Vert district.
They were all three taken into custody for criminal association and violation of the legislation on weapons.
They were not in possession of the handgun but they are strongly suspected of having dropped it during the police intervention.
If so, did they intend to use it, or intimidate someone?
The track of reprisals is seriously considered.
The investigation into the homicide has been entrusted to the criminal brigade.
The alleged perpetrator, Elias Z. 32 years old, was indicted for premeditated murder in an organized gang and imprisoned.
The death of Tiekoura, hit by three bullets, one of which was in the head, had caused a stir in this city in the center of Bobigny and raised many questions.
The victim was a well-liked figure in the neighborhood.
But his violent death raises questions.
Especially since the victim and the alleged perpetrator had been friends in the near past.
“A brawl between traffic partners”
The hypothesis of a settling of scores against the backdrop of drug trafficking and turf wars is not the one favored by investigators.
Police sources speak of a “brawl between trafficking partners”.
This dramatic episode could be compared to the spectacular seizure, in October 2021, of a ton of cannabis resin in the Chemin Vert district.
Following this police raid, Mamadou, one of Tiekoura and Foussen's brothers, was arrested and then imprisoned.
Rumor had it that Elias had spoken.
He would have been sidelined since these suspicions.
The execution of Tiekoura could therefore be a new stage in these rifts between traffickers and yesterday's friends.
And the arrest of his brother, five days after the murder, in suspicious circumstances, a worrying continuation of this violence.
