Some Latin American countries have begun to mobilize to evacuate their citizens who are in Ukraine, after Russian forces invaded Ukraine causing several deaths.

Embassies and consulates in Kyiv, Poland or Romania from countries such as Peru, Chile, Ecuador, Uruguay or Mexico are monitoring the situation of their citizens living in Ukraine and have put in place the necessary logistics to transfer them to neighboring countries.

Peru

At least 196 Peruvians have registered with the Peruvian Consulate in Kyiv, Ukraine to be evacuated from that country, but the number could reach 320, María Antonia Masana, general director of Peruvian Communities Abroad and Foreign Affairs, told CNN. Consular.
