A traffic accident occurred on the North Lantau Highway. Today (25th) at about 7 pm, the North Lantau Highway was heading towards the airport near the Tsing Ma Toll Plaza. It then rolled over and the driver was trapped inside the car.
Firefighters arrived at the scene to rescue the injured and comatose male driver, and the ambulance was sent to Princess Margaret Hospital for treatment. During the process, the ambulancemen performed extracardiac pressure first aid for the injured driver, but unfortunately he was exhausted and was confirmed to be dead.
The fish cart turned to the left, and the driver was trapped for a time.

Sources at the scene indicated that the injured male driver, aged about 64, was driving a fish-carrying vehicle that was passing the site and was suspected of being unable to stop, and rammed into the arrow vehicle that was preparing for road works.
There were workers on the arrow car at the time, but luckily there were no injuries.
The fish-carrying vehicle seen at the scene turned to the left, the front of the vehicle was sunken, and the rear of the arrow vehicle was also severely damaged.
The police sprinkled wood chaff on the road.
