Three dentists and the director of a dental center in Orleans have been indicted and placed under judicial supervision for illegal exercise of the profession of dental surgeon and fraud in an organized gang, the Orleans prosecutor's office said on Friday February 25.

Following a report from the Departmental Order of Dental Surgeons of Loiret, a search was carried out on Tuesday in this dental center located in the city center of Orléans, said the prosecutor of the Republic of Orléans Emmanuelle Bochenek-Puren .
According to a source close to the investigation, the practitioners, all three of foreign origin, are accused of having practiced without having diplomas recognized in France.
They are also suspected of having carried out undue care and billed for fictitious acts.

The investigators of the territorial direction of the judicial police of Orleans "
also collected testimonies of patients attesting to the bodily injuries (...) caused by the realization of certain medical acts
", adds the parquet floor in a press release.
The Centre-Val de Loire Regional Health Agency has suspended "
the activity of the center for one month
" and will carry out an inspection "
before considering (...) its reopening
".
