Argentina, Italy, Japan: Around the world, people are taking to the streets to protest the Russian invasion of Ukraine. They demand an end to the war, consequences for Putin and solidarity with Ukraine.

Buildings and monuments were illuminated in the blue and yellow colors of the Ukrainian flag.

In Germany, further rallies have already been announced for the weekend in several cities, including a large demonstration in Berlin.
