The 46-year-old female patient is cancer patient and needs chemotherapy.

Separately, the Centre for Health Protection announced today the analysis of the first 284 deaths in the fifth wave of COVID-19.

Data shows that the mortality rate of cases who have completed the new crown vaccine is much lower than that of cases who have not completed the vaccine.

Of the first 284 deaths, 91% had not received two doses of the vaccine and only 2% had received two doses.
