The fate of the people in Ukraine also affects the citizens of the Miesbach district.
A non-partisan alliance is calling for a rally in Rottach-Egern on Sunday (February 27).
Rottach-Egern
- "We stand by your side." That is the message that the organizers of the peace rally on Sunday (February 27) in Rottach-Egern want to send towards Ukraine.
A non-partisan alliance of youth organizations from the CSU, SPD, FDP and the Greens has called for this: The organizers are the Junge Union Tegernsee-Egern-Kreuth, the Jusos in the Miesbach district, the Julis Oberland and the Green Youth Miesbach.
In their own words, they want to “set a sign for peace in Ukraine”.
Participants should appear with flags and placards
For this purpose, people meet from 4 to 5 p.m. at the peace bell “Die Egerner” in Rottach-Egern (Ganghoferstraße 37).
Together with as many participants as possible, they want to set an example for Ukraine and against Putin's war of aggression.
"We ask you to come in large numbers with flags, posters and other means of demonstration," it says.
Due to the protection against infection, FFP2 masks are mandatory throughout the demonstration.
