Dieter Bohlen: During a clean-up campaign in a private forest – "My gardener almost went away"

The storm raged over Dieter Bohlen's private forest and caused a lot of damage.

Numerous trees were uprooted and must now be removed.

A risky venture.

Tötensen/Hamburg – From pop titan to forester – one can describe Dieter Bohlen's (68) current transformation in one way or another.

After leaving as a DSDS juror*, the TV star initially enjoys his free time in the Maldives.

Together with his wife Carina Walz* (38), the singer simply has a good time on the white beach.

But at home in Tötensen, a violent storm causes a lot of excitement in the Bohlen house.

In mid-February, several storm lows hit Germany.

The north of the country in particular is hit by violent hurricanes.

The storm wreaks havoc in numerous towns and communities, paralyzes rail traffic and even claims several lives.

The storm also rages on Dieter Bohlen's private forest and uproots several trees there.

On Instagram, the 58-year-old shows the full extent of the destruction.

For a short time it becomes extremely dangerous even for an employee.

Dieter Bohlen: Storm causes devastation in private forest – "Horror"

On February 17, Dieter Bohlen* posts his first storm video on Instagram.

In it he reveals that 30 hours earlier he was still partying and laughing in the forest – "now the storm came," says the pop titan sadly.

Dressed in a black raincoat, he explains to his followers: "I'm sure 30 trees have fallen over here in my forest, so it's horrible." Nevertheless, he is optimistic that it will be fixed again.

However, the next storm damage video follows two days later.

Dieter Bohlen films himself again in the forest and again it pours like buckets.

He comments on the post: "The 2nd hurricane was 3 times as bad ... horror."

“Looks like earthquakes here my friends.

More is not possible.

So somehow not much is left of my beautiful forest, friends.

Of course, that's really horrible," admits the TV star.

His fans are concerned and dismayed.

For example, the comments say: "Isn't it pretty unsafe to go in there now?" Or "Really bad!!

But don't let that get you down!!

You now have enough firewood for the next winters!!“

Dieter Bohlen has storm damage removed – "My gardener almost went away"

On Sunday, February 27th, Dieter Bohlen will do a short forest update on Instagram.

This time the 58-year-old shows up in the sunshine and with sunglasses in the middle of his property.

"I'll let one go now," jokes the composer at the beginning.

What he means by that: A large tree stump is to be removed from his forest property.

“That thing weighs tons,” he emphasizes.

In the background, several gardeners are pulling the stump, trying to move it away.

But then it gets dangerous: the tree suddenly starts moving and crashes down a small slope at full speed.

A particularly risky situation as one man is still in close proximity and almost gets caught by the massive trunk.

Dieter Bohlen and the other employees scream briefly.

"My gardener almost went away," says the horrified pop titan.

The TV star's community is also shocked.

A user writes: "Oh god, your poor gardener".

In the end, however, Gärtner is lucky again and is not injured.

Meanwhile, Dieter Bohlen is planning his TV comeback*.

"I don't just want to judge any singers in a casting show again, I want to do something completely new that will blow your mind.

And of course that takes time, so give me some time to think," said the pop titan.

While RTL has replaced the singer on DSDS, the TV station is now throwing another format out of the program booklet*.
