Holzkirchen has to look for a new market builder: Florens Hintler is moving to Munich for family reasons.

Holzkirchen – Holzkirchen's market builder Florens Hintler is quitting his job after almost four years – and starting on April 1st a new job at the Munich District Office, where he will also have a managerial position in the construction sector.

He announced this at the recent meeting of the local and transport planning committee.

Hintler, who lives in Munich, gave family reasons for his decision: "The way to work is then much shorter, and because I have a small child at home, that's very important to me." It would then be easier to reconcile work and family life - too if this decision was not easy for him.

He always enjoyed working with the municipal council: "We tackled innovative projects together," says Hintler, who worked as a market builder in the Holzkirchner town hall before he became a market builder.

Mayor Christoph Schmid (CSU) thanked Hintler and emphasized that he had accompanied a multitude of projects as a market builder.

Daniela Kiderlen (Greens) said: "You can tell your style in Holzkirchen, you have shaped the place." Simon Ammer (SPD): "Your passion was always felt." Torsten Hensel (FWG) said: "We discussed a lot , but always on a factual level.” Hintler is to be adopted at a market town council meeting at the end of March.

He was then in the service of Holzkirchen for almost a decade.
