The Regional Center for Early Childhood Development in the Ministry of Education and the Syrian Association for Psychological and Educational Sciences today signed a memorandum of understanding to enhance joint cooperation between the two sides in academic and training aspects and to spread societal culture in all matters related to early childhood.
Under the memorandum, the two sides are obligated to develop an annual executive work program for training, provided that the ministry is committed to providing training rooms, while the association is committed to holding rehabilitation courses in psychological and educational fields and securing qualified training frameworks.
Minister of Education Dr. Darem Tabbaa explained that the memorandum consolidates the role of academic and technical bodies in supporting the work of the Ministry and improving the educational process.
For her part, the head of the association's council, Dr. Zainab Zayoud, indicated the association's readiness to provide assistance to students and hone their skills through several training programs.
Dr. Kifah Al-Haddad, Director of the Regional Center for Early Childhood Development, pointed out that the memorandum includes an academic future vision to enhance the scientific expertise of all those concerned with childhood in a sound and exemplary manner.
