Russia is also conducting its attack on Ukraine through cyber warfare.

In Russian state media, Moscow's war against Kyiv is often referred to as a "special military operation" to protect the Russian-speaking population.
The state agency Tass confirmed the hacker attack and wrote in the news channel Telegram: "The attackers have posted information that is not true."
