In the video: Patosh salad with tuna and crunchy tortillas (PR)
The patosh salad from Arab cuisine is actually an upgraded vegetable salad that can easily be a complete, light, tasty and refreshing meal.
Everyone knows this salad thanks to the tears of fried pita that adds crunch and absorbs the salad sauce, but to create a more balanced and healthy meal, replace the pitas with tortillas and instead of frying, bake them in the oven until crispy.
A slightly less traditional addition to a salad that goes well with the sour lemon and blush flavors and will enrich it with protein is tuna.
Add filtered tuna to the salad and you have a perfect meal that is suitable even after a workout.
Amazing combination, try for yourself.
