Medical care cares about citizens who are diagnosed and stay at home to support

The war is ruthless, and the virus is ruthless. Fortunately, there is still a little love in the world. The number of confirmed cases in recent days is alarming, but my colleagues and I are still fighting the battle calmly, and even some colleagues who are in ill health insist on offering to help at home.

The war is ruthless, and the virus is ruthless. Fortunately, there is still a little love in the world.

The number of confirmed cases in recent days has made people flustered, but my colleagues and I still took on the challenge calmly, and even some colleagues who were in ill health insisted on offering to help at home. This kind of persistence in giving to the community is touching.

Hong Kong people have always been full of kindness. Whenever there is a natural or man-made disaster in a certain corner of the world, they will actively respond to fundraising and fundraising.

This time, in the face of the severe epidemic, we must "devote our hearts to our hearts and our strengths."

Our entire team launched a number of contingency measures in response to the outbreak last week, in order to be "hearted and strong" when dealing with the virus.

These contingency measures include adjusting the discharge criteria for new crown patients, changing some hospitals to centralized arrangements for receiving new crown patients, strengthening public-private cooperation plans, and actively discussing the feasibility of receiving patients with private hospitals, etc.

The HA's new hotline service answers medical enquiries and provides infection control advice for those who are waiting to be admitted to the isolation facility.

In view of the recent emergence of a large number of confirmed patients with mild or no symptoms in the community, we have also set up a special hotline service and opened designated clinics to provide patients with appropriate assistance.

In order to alleviate the concerns of patients, my team and I have set up a special hotline service to answer inquiries from confirmed patients waiting to be admitted to isolation facilities and provide infection control advice.

I would like to take this opportunity to express my gratitude to the staff who participated in the support hotline team. In addition to nurses, the team also includes many allied health colleagues, different departments in the hospital and headquarters, as well as retired or part-time staff.

The hotline operates from 8 to 10 daily and answers calls seven days a week.

As of February 28, the hotline has handled nearly 7,000 inquiries from confirmed cases in less than two weeks.

I still remember a small episode in the early days of the hotline's operation.

In the first two days of the hotline's launch, two colleagues who were in charge of answering the hotline were unfortunately "stricken" and tested positive.

The already stressful team has made things worse. In addition to worrying about the health of my colleagues, I am also worried about the workload of others.

When I was worried, I received a call from the two colleagues, saying that they were fine, and hoped to continue to support us at home. I even laughed and said that I felt the most real, and based on the personal experience of people who have come here, I can help formulate a FAQ for the most frequently asked questions. Let the colleagues on the front line answering the phone help answer the questions of the diagnosed patients.

I am very moved by a small thought, but at home, I care about the citizens.

In the face of the new crown virus, doctors and nurses never back down.

The battle must be fought, and this tough battle must be fought with the hearts of everyone.

I hope that all doctors and nurses will keep in mind the original intention of protecting the health of the public in this battle against the epidemic!

"Hong Kong 01" "01 Clinic", in cooperation with the Hospital Authority, publishes a column "Garden Tour" written by medical staff every Wednesday.

Apricot Forest.

"Xinglin" comes from the story of Dong Feng, a famous doctor in the Three Kingdoms era. Later generations praised medical care as "Xinglin". Four people from Xinglin from the Hospital Authority led the garden to visit Xinglin Grand View Garden. A little bit of reason.
