Less than five weeks before the first round of the presidential election, the Minister of Public Accounts takes stock of relations between companies and the tax authorities, which, according to him, have improved with the law for a State at the service of a society of confidence (known as the Essoc law) of 2018. Olivier Dussopt warns, however, that this strengthening of dialogue with employers means that the tax authorities are even more intractable with fraudsters.
