"Hong Kong 01" successfully contacted a singer who sang high bulk cargo and told the whole story of being deceived.


At a joint press conference with the police in December last year, the SFC stated that about 40% of the cases under investigation by the SFC belonged to "singing high bulk cargo" scams.

From January 2019 to the end of November last year, the China Securities Regulatory Commission froze a total of 11.1 billion yuan of assets involved in market manipulation or high-profile bulk cargo scams.

The “high-bulk” scam means that swindlers will buy stocks with low market capitalization or low liquidity at low prices. When the stocks rise, they will hype the stocks on social media. When the bad guys buy stocks, the swindlers Profit from high bulk cargoes.

Singing high bulk scams are emerging one after another. There are public-recognized "WeChat girls" to win the trust of victims, and there are also social groups where fake stock commentators and listed companies provide investment tips.

Mr. Huang is one of the sufferers. He told the "Hong Kong 01" reporter that on January 13 this year, someone suddenly added him to the Telegram communication group. Management strategist "Wen Jie" provides stock analysis, but it's all fake.

Mr. Huang said that "Wen Jie" posted a "January Return Plan" message in the group, recommending eight stable value-added stocks, and said that each stock has a profit gain ranging from 10% to 20%.

"Wen Jie" will also instruct the investors in the group how to make the "boat" stock return.

During the period, someone in the group and Ying expressed thanks, which made Mr. Huang believe it was true.

Mr. Huang occasionally spoke in the group. "Wen Jie" helped him analyze stocks and recommended Sands China (1928), a well-known Macau gaming stock, so he gradually let down his guard.

As of January 21, "Wen Jie" had privately sent a message to ask him whether he would cooperate. "Wen Jie" provided the stock code, and Mr. Huang contributed capital, and "Wen Jie" provided the agreement.

The condition is that when Mr. Huang stops earning, he will subscribe 20% of the profits to the designated new shares.

The next day after buying "Million Shares", it fell 66%

"Wen Jie" finally recommended "Xiaozigu" Fingertip Yuedong (6860) at 3:30 p.m. on the same day. At that time, the stock price was 0.58, and the required entry amount was 100,000 yuan. After buying, Mr. provides a screenshot of the buying quantity.

Since he entered the market for the first time and was approaching the market close, Mr. Huang only bought 10,000 shares, which cost about 6,000 yuan. However, he was asked whether he filled in the wrong number of shares and why it was not 100,000 yuan.

Mr. Huang finally said that the funds were limited and did not raise.

The day before Mr. Huang entered the market, that is, on January 20, the fingertips rose to a maximum of 0.78 yuan, the highest since March last year.

However, after Mr. Huang purchased the stock at 0.58 yuan, the closing price fell to 0.415 yuan on the same day, and the stock price fell 66% to 0.199 yuan at the opening of the next trading day, that is, January 24 (Monday).

During the period, Mr. Huang asked "Wen Jie" in the group, but the other party just told him to wait, and finally disappeared on January 26.

As of last Friday (February 25), Fingertip Yuedong closed at 0.167 yuan.

Fake stock reviewer: 50 inquiries have been received in the first two months

The listed company Everbright Sun Hung Kai (renamed “Everbright Securities International”) issued a statement as early as January 6 to clarify that a fake group was found on Telegram, impersonating them and their employees, and its company would not be responsible for any damage caused by the fake group. Responsibility, and appealed to report immediately and leave the relevant group, but Mr. Huang did not find the statement at that time.
