no other associated violent lesion was observed
".
The prosecutor indicates that she opened a judicial investigation on Friday "
on the count of murder by spouse

the indictment and the placement in pre-trial detention of the arrested man were required
".
Placed in police custody, the 60-year-old defendant was questioned "
after sobering up
" and "
recognized the materiality of the facts, indicating that he had acted in a state of massive alcoholism after his companion told him that he wanted put an end to their relationship
