BEIJING, SANA- China today launched seven satellites into space from the Xichang Space Center in Sichuan Province, China

China today launched seven satellites into space from the Xichang Space Center in southwest China's Sichuan Province.

Six satellites produced by Galaxy Space, in addition to a commercial remote sensing satellite, were launched by a Long March 2C carrier rocket, Xinhua reported, as the satellites entered their planned orbit successfully.

The satellites will carry out tasks related to communication technology and remote sensing.

The said launch represents the 410th mission of the Long March satellite carrier.
