The Israeli navy renewed this evening targeting Palestinian fishermen in the besieged Gaza Strip.
The Palestinian Wafa Agency stated that the occupation boats targeted Palestinian fishermen's boats with machine guns in the sea in the northern Gaza Strip, forcing them to leave the sea, while they tore fishermen's nets in the sea of the cities of Khan Yunis and Rafah in the southern Gaza Strip.
The suffering of Palestinian fishermen is exacerbated by the daily targeting of their boats by the occupation navy to deprive them of practicing their profession, which is their only source of livelihood in light of the unjust siege imposed on the Gaza Strip for nearly 15 years.
