Kremlin spokesman Dmitry Peskov announced that Russia has informed the ruling authorities in Ukraine that it will end its military operation at any moment if Kyiv accepts Moscow's conditions.
In a press statement today, Peskov said that Russia calls on Ukraine to stop its military activities, establish its neutral status constitutionally, recognize Crimea as Russian territory, in addition to recognizing the independence of the Donetsk and Lugansk People's Republics.
Peskov stressed that the Ukrainian authorities should make amendments to the constitution, according to which the country abandons any aspiration for membership in any bloc.
Yesterday, Russian President Vladimir Putin stressed that the suspension of the special military operation to protect Donbass is possible only if Kyiv stops hostilities and responds to Russian demands.
