Ephemera, the first "large immersive restaurant" in France, opens this Thursday on the theme "Under the sea" ("Under the sea") within the walls of the MK2 Library (Paris 13th).

The inventor of the concept - involving not only taste, but all the senses -, in particular thanks to video projection, is none other than Paul Pairet, whose restaurant Ultraviolet, in Shanghai, celebrates its 20th anniversary in 2022. “Top Chef” offers a multi-sensory gastronomic experience, for only ten guests each evening.
