Both De Luisa and Arriola announced that they will begin issuing credentials to the barristas, known locally as "animation groups," as a measure to have them identified.

In addition to the veto punishment, the current administration of the Querétaro club was banned for five years from any activity in Mexican soccer.

Jorge Hank, who also owns the Tijuana club, is the original rights holder for Querétaro.
