This is the story of a nightmare.
In the living room of a very opulent apartment, a woman in an evening dress is dancing
Swan Lake.
Her name is Carla (Victoria Abril).
On the wall, a portrait of her, a photo from the past when she still knew how to do the splits without difficulty.
François, her politician husband who is running in the municipal elections (Lionnel Astier), does not seem very comfortable, the kind of guy on the nerves.
The couple is about to leave for the Opera when Carla learns by mail that she has cancer.
Nothing out of the ordinary, after all, her husband told her, cancer is a disease like any other that can often be treated very well.
Except Carla has…prostate cancer.
