Towards a decision: "No changes are expected in the draft agreement, a decision will be made in the coming days" | Israel today

Iran's Deputy Foreign Minister will return to Vienna tomorrow to sign and implement the plan • There is concern that the US will accept Iran's principles for renewing the agreement

The crucial moment of the nuclear deal: After the head of the Iranian delegation for talks in Vienna, Iranian Deputy Foreign Minister Ali Bakri-Kani, unexpectedly returned to Iran on Monday, today (Tuesday) Reuters reported that he intends to return to Vienna again tomorrow.

It is possible that Bakri-Kani received a reply from Iran's top decision-makers, that is, from Supreme Leader Ali Khamenei, regarding the emerging agreement between Iran and the powers, which would allow the 2015 nuclear deal to be officially implemented by the US official, more than three years after its retirement.

Although it is not clear what Bakri-Kani will say, no changes are expected in the draft agreement, as EU Coordinator Commissioner Enrique More has announced that "there are no more discussions at the professional levels".

In a tweet from Sunday, a teacher said that "there are no more official meetings" in Vienna.

He said, "In the coming days political decisions will have to be made, and the rest is background noise."

In doing so, Mora hinted that the conditions set by the Russians for concluding the agreement - that sanctions on Russia would not harm its ability to trade with Iran - were nothing more than idle arguments and that the decision to conclude the agreement was in Tehran and Washington.

According to unofficial leaks, the U.S. has in fact accepted Iran's principles for renewing the agreement. It may also have accepted Iran's requirement to provide a special mechanism that would prevent Iran from being harmed by sanctions if the U.S. withdraws from the agreement under another administration.

According to some reports, the completion of the agreement is now delayed due to issues not directly related to the nuclear issue, but to sanctions that the US intends to continue to impose on Iran in the areas of terrorism and weapons, including sanctions on the Revolutionary Guards.

Washington told the International Atomic Energy Agency today that "there is very little time left" to complete the agreement in light of Iran's progress in obtaining high-level enriched uranium (according to a IAEA report the amount has doubled since November and is almost enough for a bomb). It has been said in recent days that "there is significant progress" in contacts for the agreement.
