The calendar could not be worse for the public authorities which, since 2018, have refused without batting an eyelid to the main members of the Erignac commando, Alain Ferrandi, Pierre Alessandri and Yvan Colonna, any lifting of their status of particularly guarded detainee (DPS) and any development of sentence although their security period has been completed for several years.

The evolution of this status, a purely administrative decision, depends on the prison administration and, in this case, on the decision of the Prime Minister.

It is this which has just been lifted to administratively allow Yvan Colonna to be repatriated and hospitalized in Corsica.
