Another robbery of an elderly woman in less than 24 hours:
A woman in her 70s arrived at the Ashkelon police station today (Thursday) and reported a man who snatched her personal bag, with cash in it - and fled.
Police are conducting searches and collecting additional findings in order to identify the suspect.
Meanwhile, the arrest of a third suspect in the elderly robbery in Be'er Sheva.
As you may recall, yesterday a violent robbery took place against a 92-year-old elderly woman. In light of the severity of the incident, it was decided to set up a special investigation team which immediately upon its establishment led to the arrest of 2 suspects involved in the incident.
One of them tried to stab a police officer with scissors.
As the investigation into the incident progressed, another suspect, a 50-year-old resident of Be'er Sheva, was arrested this evening for involvement in the incident and will be brought before a court tomorrow.
