“
I ardently wish for the construction of a judicial precinct, we will put the money there, we lack the land
”, admitted Éric Dupond-Moretti who did not commit to any timetable.

The Keeper of the Seals also spoke with a young clerk who attempted suicide on March 4.
The latter had explained in a letter that his gesture, which he described as "
altruistic suicide

In his letter, he described in particular the daily housing difficulties or the lack of support that newcomers like him face.
In response, the minister announced short-term measures to improve the quality of life of justice officials: “
We are going to build 30 housing units in conjunction with the prefecture, at least half of which will be reserved for ministry officials.
We are also going to sign an agreement this month with the Mayotte real estate company for the reservation of 5 additional social housing units
,” he said.
