Serious accident on the RER E construction site, this Friday morning in Courbevoie.
He made a victim, very seriously injured, evacuated to the Beaujon hospital, in Clichy, between life and death.
The tragedy occurred around 9 a.m. on Avenue Gambetta, in Courbevoie, at the foot of a crane.
There were then two workers there, while one of their colleagues operated the machine.
The crane moved several metal beams, weighing a total of five tons.
The victim crushed from the feet to the chest
Suddenly, one of the straps holding the beams broke.
This has the effect of dropping the metal pieces.
The oldest of the workers at the foot of the crane was almost spared.
The man, 59, was only slightly injured in the back.
His colleague, on the other hand, found himself trapped under the beams which crushed him from the feet to the chest.
It took more than two hours for the emergency services to extract him and provide him with first aid.
But the man, 34, was already in critical condition.
He was taken to hospital under the escort of police bikers, with a "vital prognosis involved".

This accident is not the first on the colossal construction sites in progress in Ile-de-France.
On that of the Grand Paris Express, the future Ile-de-France supermetro, a 61-year-old worker died in early January, in Saint-Denis (Seine-Saint-Denis), crushed by a metal plate weighing several hundred kilos, fallen from the floor higher, 7 meters higher.
A year earlier, a 41-year-old man had lost his life in La Courneuve, stuck under a concrete mixer thirty meters deep.
