The prevailing weather conditions led to a power outage in a number of towns and villages in the northern countryside of Quneitra Governorate.
In a statement to SANA reporter, Engineer Muhammad Ibrahim, director of the Quneitra Electricity Company, explained that the weather conditions led to a malfunction on the exit of Hadar, which caused a power outage in the towns of Hader and Jabbatha al-Khashab and a number of their affiliated villages.
Ibrahim pointed out that the company's maintenance workshops, in cooperation with the personnel of Hader and Khan Arnaba emergency centers, are working on repairing faults to restore electricity to the aforementioned towns.
