Russia's permanent representative to the United Nations, Vasily Nebenzia, confirmed that Russia has information confirming the existence of biological laboratories in Ukraine with the support of the United States.
"We have evidence of a network of 30 biological centers in Ukraine containing toxic and dangerous substances," Nebenzia said during a Security Council session.
"We asked for this session because we witnessed an emergency operation to remove traces of biological work in Ukraine with American support," he added.
Nebenzia noted that the Russian military is familiar with research in laboratories in Kyiv, Kharkiv and Odessa that study the spread of infectious diseases through migratory birds.
Nebenzia pointed to the possibility of these biological weapons being stolen in Ukraine and used by terrorists, warning that the biological danger will reach everyone and its dangers have no limits.
