– Hundreds of new corona infections per day mean that the incidence in the Erding district continues to rise.
The Erding district office reported 571 cases on Thursday, compared to 229 a week ago.
According to official information from the Robert Koch Institute, the seven-day incidence per 100,000 inhabitants is 1962.0, after 1679.7 on Wednesday.
The age of the newly infected is between one and 85 years. The number of confirmed cases thus increases to 38,038. The number of those who have recovered is 34,119. This means that 3753 people are currently considered infected.
There are currently 4156 people in quarantine.
The number of patients with a corona infection is also increasing in the Erding Clinic.
On Thursday there are 31, two of whom are in intensive care with Covid disease.
A patient needs to be ventilated.
The Bavarian State Office for Health and Food Safety has recorded 820 hospitalized corona cases and 382 Covid-19 patients in intensive care units in Bavaria in the past seven days.
