The Member States of the Collective Security Treaty Organization (CSTO) have expressed concern about the threat of chemical terrorism and reiterated their commitment to a world free of chemical weapons.
A joint statement issued by the member states of the organization and published by the Russian Ministry of Foreign Affairs on its website: of chemical weapons.
It is noteworthy that the CSTO currently includes Armenia, Belarus, Kazakhstan, Kyrgyzstan, Russia and Tajikistan.
The Speaker of the Russian Parliament, Vyacheslav Volodin, announced earlier today that the State Duma had launched a parliamentary investigation into the activities of biological laboratories in Ukraine, while the Russian mission to the United Nations requested an emergency session of the Security Council to discuss the biological activity of the United States on Ukrainian soil.
