Russian presidential spokesman Dmitry Peskov announced the continuation of negotiations between the Russian and Ukrainian sides via video link.
In a statement today, Peskov said that Vladimir Medinsky continues to lead the negotiation process on the Russian side in a series of video sessions with the Ukrainian side.
For his part, Ukrainian Presidential Adviser Mikhail Podolyak confirmed the continuation of the Russian-Ukrainian negotiations via video conference, where special sub-working groups were formed.
Podolyak said that the Russian and Ukrainian delegations began discussing some issues and did not threaten each other with ultimatums.
Peskov had announced yesterday that it is not excluded the possibility of holding a meeting between Russian President Putin and Ukrainian President Zelensky, stressing at the same time the need for ministers and delegations from both sides to complete their work first so that any meeting between the two presidents can bear fruit.
